PAYMENT OPTIONS & CLINIC POLICIES

CONSULTATION & TREATMENT
When you book and/or receive a treatment from Skin & Scalp, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of our pricing structure and policies. If you do not agree with our policies, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking or receiving treatments. Please note that our policies and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.

A $50 deposit is required when booking online, which is redeemable on product or treatment on the same day. For follow-up consultations, fees may vary based on the type and timing of the appointment.

Please contact us with any questions regarding consultation costs prior to your appointment.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfers. Payment is required on the day of your treatment. Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, as detailed on your invoice.

If payment is not made according to our policy, we reserve the right to pursue payment for our fees, interest, and associated costs. Skin & Scalp does not offer payment plans. Clients are encouraged to explore independent finance options if needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We maintain a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit. For assistance in canceling or rescheduling, please contact us directly.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE POLICY
Skin & Scalp reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion, in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
