BOOKING
To prepare for a head scalp procedure, follow these steps to ensure the best possible experience:
Clean Hair: Wash your hair thoroughly before your appointment. Clean hair helps the treatment products penetrate more effectively and ensures a more comfortable procedure.
Avoid Hair Products: Refrain from using styling products like gels, hairsprays, or oils on the day of your appointment. These can interfere with the effectiveness of the treatment.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before your procedure. Hydration is essential for maintaining scalp health and can enhance the results of the treatment.
Consultation: If it's your first time or you're unsure about the procedure, feel free to ask for a consultation with your technician. They can provide personalized advice and answer any questions you may have.
Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing, as you may be seated or lying down for an extended period during the procedure. Opt for something that won’t be disrupted by a head massage or treatment application.
Relax: Arrive a few minutes early to unwind and prepare mentally. A calm, relaxed state can help you fully enjoy the benefits of the scalp treatment.
For cold plunge and sauna, you are able to bring a guest from $30.

MEMBERSHIPS
Your wellness membership billing cycle begins on the date of purchase and will be billed on the same day throughout your membership.Â
WHAT TO EXPECT
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment so we can guide you to your room. We provide everything you’ll need, including robes, wraps, slippers, towels, and access to a shower after your session. You’re welcome to wear a swimsuit in the sauna, or simply wrap yourself in a towel. We also recommend bringing a reusable non-glass water bottle to stay hydrated before and after your session.
You can bring your phone, but we don’t recommend using it once you enter the sauna. We offer in-sauna entertainment options, or you can simply unwind and relax.
If you feel too hot or uncomfortable at any point, you can open the sauna door for a quick break or adjust the temperature using the control panel in your sauna. This should help you stay comfortable and complete your session.
Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared saunas use panels that warm your body directly. This deep-penetrating heat provides enhanced healing benefits compared to a traditional sauna.
